Woven Factory: The factory is spread across a large arena that allows us to carry out our business operations effectively. We have acquired a wide array of imported machines for the unit which includes:- Single needle machines
- Bar tacking
- Special machines
- Belt attaching machine
- Pocket finishing machine
- Feed-off-the-arm machines
- Thread over lock - trimmer, kaja, button, double needle sewing machines.
Knitted Factory: The factory is strategically located near the textile hub in South India. The factory is installed with advanced machines & equipment that enable us in fabricating an incomparable range of fabrics. Various machines installed in the unit, are: - Flat lock machines
- Thread over lock machines
- Assorted special machines - Kaja, button, trimmer, picoting and special stitching.
Sampling Unit: We also possess a sampling unit which is fully equipped with imported machinery & tools. The modern set of machinery is extensively used for sampling purpose.
Dyeing & Printing Unit: Dyeing, printing and coloring processes are carried out in this unit. We lay strong emphasize on using eco-friendly and azo-free dyes for coloring/dyeing our range. Use of chemical free dyes and colors adds to the durability of our products.
Quality Assurance
Quality is the integral part of all our business operations. Our quality control mechanism begins at the initial stage of manufacturing process up to the final packaging stage. We follow industry defined norms and standards to fabricate our range of Printed Woven Garments, Lycra Garments, etc. Extensive amount of care is taken during the entire production process so as to leave no scope for any sort of quality degradation. Our expert team of quality analysts undertake every possible measure to ensure an impeccable range. Before dispatching the consignments to our clients, our quality auditors test them on various parameters such as: softness, wear/ tear resistance, color fastness, etc.
